Fees
Private Coaching
Individuals paying for their own coaching programme are offered a free initial consultation called "get to know" either over the phone or face-to-face which will last no longer than 30 minutes. This is the key starting point to our relationship and an opportunity to see if my coaching style will work for you.
Sessions usually run for at least 90 minutes.
Group & Workshop Sessions
Workshop Sessions are tailored to the group needs, requirement and company objectives.
Fees start at £120 per session which depends on the size, length of programme and location.
